Cnam-Enjmin is recruiting an International Project Assistant to take care of, amongst other things, the piloting, management and monitoring of the different activities related to the pan-European cooperation CoVE (Centres of Vocational Excellence) project, AVENUE. Tasks will cover a wide range of activities related to organisational, administrative, financial, legal and communicational project management.
Main tasks
- Put in place an action plan and supervise the project from A to Z, all while respecting the established Work Packages calendar, milestones and deliverables in cooperation with the Project Coordinator and partner structures.
- Co-lead the network and the different exchanges between partner in coordination with the Project Coordinator in English (organise and lead defined committee meetings for the project, work with the different project partners, establish agendas, draw up reports, execution and monitoring of the action plan).
- Closely monitor the project's activities (check activities' deadlines, mitigation measures, handle difficulties encountered) and deliverables.
- Organise and lead consortium meetings and other events (project launch meeting, annual meetings, closing event, etc.)
- Draw up reports (including activity reports) for the project. Carry out either entirely or partially studies, reports and surveys. Answer surveys, audits and assessments.
- Handle the financial and budgetary monitoring of the project. Carry out the financial reporting of the project.
- Look after communications, both external and internal (including regularly updating Cnam-Enjmin's website). Facilitate the flow of information. Develop communication about the project and the school internationally.
- Take care of different questions given by the Head of Corporate, Institutional and International Relations Service. Provide general administrative support.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and other communication mediums
Please note that candidates must be fluent in French and have a minimum C1 level in English.
The International Project Assistant will be under the authority of the Head of Corporate, Institutional and International Relations Service.
