As part of the Artistic and Cultural Education Experiences (Parcours d’éducation artistique et culturelle, PEAC) organised by GrandAngoulême, Cnam-Enjmin is organising 4 workshops as part of the pedagological residency "Video Game Tester: My Profession" (« Testeur de jeu vidéo : mon métier »).

Several student projects from the Master's degree in Audiovisual, Digital Interactive Media and Video Games will be taking part in this initiative. Each student from the Oisellerie agricultural high school will be assigned to one of these projects. The heads of the UX/Ergonomics track on the master's degree will decide which projects will take part in these workshops.

The first workshop took place on Tuesday 24th February, and the other workshops will be taking place until Thursday 25th June 2026.

This pedagogical residency has a few goals:

  • Demystify the profession of the video game tester
  • Improve the students’ precision, concision and analytical capacities
  • React to the teenagers’ daily activities
  • Take the students out of their comfort zone by encouraging open-mindedness and questioning
